November 2013- Alley Cat Allies recognized Keith Williams, President of C5 as a Home Town Hero
September 2013- C5 traps their 15,000th feral cat!
August 2013 - Three C5 volunteer trappers were recognized by the County Commissioners for trapping over 1,500 feral/stray cats each. Marcia Lozon, Nancy Moore, and Jean Spaziani received Proclamations from the commissioners for their dedication and volunteerism.
August 2013 - C5 was featured on Channel 8 news with Keith Williams discussing the impact TNR has had on the impound and euthanasia numbers at Lied. Since 2009 the number of feral/stray cats being euthanized was reduced 38%.
July 2013 - Grimaldi's hosted a fundraising dinner for C5 on July 24, 2013 from 6pm to 9pm. The event was a huge success with us raising $5,000 for the feral cats.
November 2012 - C5 was highlighted in the British cat magazine “Your Cat”. The article focused on the Buddhist Temple cats and C5’s efforts to solve the cat overpopulation problems here in Las Vegas.
February 2012 - C5 was highlighted in Pet Scene Magazine in an article titled: They Live Among Us: Feral and Free-Roaming Cats.
October 2011 - C5 was awarded a proclamation from the Clark County Commissioners for our leadership in promoting TNR.
